A while back we were approached by Kyra Shapurji of the magazine, Loftlife out of New York, to contribute to a little piece she was doing on a design destination, Vancouver. Domino Magazine

Domino Magazine (online) did a little online article on International Design Blogs and we're included. As you've probably noticed, we're sort of a "behind the scenes" kind of design blog where you don't see much of us (I'm one of those people who doesn't like seeing myself in pictures), but in case you were wondering, here we are (sort of). Thanks to Holly for rounding us up amongst an amazing international list!

stationery trends magazine

Kati from The Finer Things emailed me yesterday to tell me Poppytalk had been mentioned in the latest issue of Stationery Trends magazine. It's an article "To blog or not to blog" which when she emailed me a scanned copy, I thought was a great read for those of you who don't get this magazine and wanted to get some good tips on the subject. They featured three bloggers in the stationery business including herself, The Finer Things (her stationery company is Fine Stationery, Creature Comforts (see Wren and Chickadee) and Katie of One Good Bumblebee. Kati posted the actual article on her flickr, which you can enlarge and read, or go to her blog where she's posted about it too. Thank you to Christienne de Tournay Birkhahn of Stationery Trends for the shout out.
